Annual washing with a light duty pressure washer or just scrubbing by hand and followed with an application of Penofin hardwood Oil is recommended to enhance the beauty and achieve optimum longevity. Some people prefer to have it go gray. In that case we would recommend oiling it initially and just letting it gray out over time. That requires no maintenance.
Yes, we build composite decks quite a bit. Although our name is branded as Hardwood we offer composite decking options as well.
Our team handles all building and zoning permits for you. We ask that you provide a plot plan so that we can include it with the permit application. We don’t handle Homeowners Association approvals though.
